Albuñuelas is perfectly placed to enjoy the wider delights of Granada Province.

To the north you are only 30 minutes drive from the legendary Moorish city of Granada. Nestling beneath the ancient ochre walls of the Alhambra palace (one of the most beautiful buildings in the world).

The backdrop for this tapas paradise are the snow-covered peaks of the Sierra Nevada. A magnificent Alpine environment that is home to fantastic skiing up to 6 months of the year at the Sierra Nevada resort.

To the south you have the shimmering waters of the Costa Tropical. One of the few places on the coast where development has been kept to a minimum. This year we were lucky enough to watch wild moufalon meander through the olive groves and oleander above our near-deserted beach.
